1. The Promotion
THE OTHER SONGS RECORDS LIMITED
Jesus Christ Superstar Vinyl Competition
FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a. The promoter and administrator of this competition is The Other Songs Records Limited - ”the Promoter” ” at 180, Strand, London, WC2R 1EA. Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the promotion form part of these terms and conditions.
b. Any reference to “You” means you the customer who is taking part in the promotion.
c. By taking part in any promotion by the Promoter, You must accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If You do not agree with these terms and conditions, then You should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that You review these terms and conditions before entering the promotion.
d. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, all dates, formats and currencies are in UK format - e.g. DD/MM/YYYY
2. Promotion Period
a. The promotion will commence on Tuesday 16th June 2026 at 8am GMT and will end Thursday 9th July 2026 at 6:00pm GMT
3. Eligibility
a. Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies, and their families or households, and anyone else professionally or personally connected to this promotion are not eligible to win this promotion.
b. The promotion is open to UK Participants who are 18+ and accept these terms and conditions only.
d. You should be aware of any exclusions from the prize and closing dates of entry.
4. Entry Requirements
a. You must meet the following entry requirements to be eligible to win ‘the prize’: Purchase ‘Gethsemane / What’s The Buzz 10” Vinyl’’ from the official D2C store (https://uk.andrewlloydwebber.shop/). No other purchases on other stores will count. Alternatively enter via the no purchase necessary form.
b. Any entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not generate an entry.
c. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
5. Prize
a. The winner(s) of the competition (the "Winner") will receive the following prize(s) 2 x tickets to Jesus Christ Superstar at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, Catherine St, London WC2B 5JF, United Kingdom (date options to be given to the winner(s) once the competition has ended)

1 x Vinyl Test Pressing of ‘Gethsemane / What’s The Buzz?’

1 x artwork print proof of the ‘Gethsemane / What’s The Buzz?’ artwork
All prizes to be claimed on the same day. Black out dates apply. Subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to determine which performance the prize is valid for.
Winner to be selected by The Other Songs Records Limited.
b. Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the administrator. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the discretion of the administrator. No travel or accommodation will be provided.
c. The prize is non-transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted except at the discretion of the Promoter.
d. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all governmental, federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
e. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the promoter to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Prize Draw
a. There will be 1 person randomly selected to be the Winner. The Winners will be notified via direct message or email within four (4) weeks following the expiry of the Promotion Period (as stated in section 2).
b. The Winner will have three (3) days from the date of the direct message to claim their competition prize by replying with information as requested from the Promoter. The prize shall be delivered to the address provided by the Winner or via email provided by the winner in the event the prize is an electronic key, code or other entity.
c. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part.
d. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or prizes for a prize of similar value or specification should the original prize not be available.
e. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all reasonable actions necessary to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid entries including, without limitation, to request further verification as to your identity, age, and other relevant details.
f. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions, or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this promotion.
g. In the event that a Winner or substitute winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required (as detailed in clause 6(b)), the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited and waived their prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, which shall be the next entry fairly chosen by the Promoter
h. Details of the Winners will be made available on request by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Promoter.
i. By entering this giveaway, You agree to comply with and abide by these terms and conditions , and You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the Promoter’s decision as final and binding as it relates to the content of this promotion . You should contact the Promoter with any questions, comments or issues related to the promotion .
j. If You are the Winner of the promotion, You may be invited to participate in publicity at the Promoters request. The Promoter may in its sole discretion use comments relating to the prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.
7. Delivery of the Prize
a. The Promoter shall endeavour to deliver the prize to the participant four (4) weeks from the verification of the Winner. This may be extended at the sole discretion of the Promoter based upon the availability of any prizes or experiences won or due to any logistical issues. The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to communicate any necessary extension.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
a. The Promoter acts as data controller as defined in UK data protection legislation (including the Data Protection Act 2018 and where applicable the General Data Protection Regulation). The Promoter agrees to comply with its obligations under data protection legislation. In particular, the Promoter and/or its affiliates will hold all personal data securely and use it solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway as set out in these terms and conditions and in accordance with the CAP Code.
b. Other than as set out in these terms and conditions, for the purposes of operating the prize draw the information provided by you when entering the prize draw or claiming the prize will not be used for any promotional purpose unless you have opted in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter.
9. General
a. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary these terms and conditions.
b. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the prize draw.
c. By entering this prize draw, you agree to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this prize draw or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
Any question concerning the legal interpretation or any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to English law and the exclusive Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction
